Philippe Kaas and Delphine Mathez founded Diligence Partners in early 2007, with 50 years of combined experience in delivering results. They had attracted a team of 18 motivated professionals by year end.

Diligence Partners sees its relationship with clients as a partnership involved in their long term success. Even though our contribution is unlikely to be continuous, we care about the lasting impact of often short and sporadic assignments.

Our clients, large and successful in their own right, in Europe or other parts of the world, often require rapid insights and recommendations on questions and issues which are essential to their future, such as:

  • Where should we pursue growth in mature markets ?
  • How can we regenerate content in brands and services commoditized by their success and by competition ?
  • Which channels should be exploited to gain new depth in customer reach ? With what product lines, brands and price architecture ?
  • Should we acquire to move faster ? Who should it be, at what price, and for which synergies ?
  • If we make an acquisition, how should we integrate the target ?

We believe in robust, fact-based approaches supported by rigorous research and analyses. Our problem-solving is efficient: we structure our work-streams around those issues and facts that matter to take decisions - an art honed by decades of practice.

We spend the time that is necessary, and only the time necessary, to deliver customized, pragmatic and creative answers.

Sector expertise helps to get at the right answers faster, but is in no way a substitute to structured issue identification and analysis, as it often obstructs the path to creative new ways to address a market.
